When do I pay?

We require a 50% deposit to book your party and the remaining balance will be due after your party has taken place. You can pay the remaining balance by check or provide authorization to charge the credit card we have on file.

Do I need to provide anything for in-person parties?

For in-person parties, we need a table with adequate seating and space for all the children to work on their projects. We will also need access to water for set-up and cleanup and access to electricity if party add-ons are requested. Please let us know if your party location does not have either of these.

Do I need to provide anything for virtual parties?

For virtual parties, you will need access to a computer with an internet connection. You will also need to protect the area where your child and/or guests are working. We will provide all the art materials, but you may need to provide scissors or other household items. We will supply a materials list ahead of time.

What online platform do you use to host your virtual parties?

We use the Zoom platform to host our virtual parties. Upon registration, you will receive the Zoom link in your confirmation email.

Do you record virtual parties?

No, in order to protect the children who attend our virtual parties, we have a "no record" policy and we ask every attendee who registers to agree to this policy.

How far in advance do I need to book my party?

Our party schedule fills up quickly. We suggest you book well in advance to get the date and time you want. Generally, at least 3 weeks in advance is recommended.
